Payment can be made by direct deposit, cheque, money order, credit or debit card. Credit & Debit Cards accepted, are Visa and Mastercard. Credit and debit card payments, are processed after verification of the customers order, usually within twenty four (24) hours of receipt of the customer order (excluding public and other holidays).

Sizes, Measurements & Specifications

All measurements and specifications are provided by the relevant manufacturers. They are considered nominal & approximate. For accurate measurements required for laying concrete foundations or overall sizes including roof overhangs and door openings, refer to the manufacturers’ assembly instructions which are supplied with each product

Colours show are reproduced as accurately as possible. How they appear may vary due to settings & capacities of individual computer screens or printers. It is recommended that the customer check the chosen colours against an actual sample, which are available from product stockists or where applicable Bluescope® Steel. Images, schematics & other graphics shown against a particular product may vary to the actual item being described and offered. They should only be used as a guide illustrating configuration. Freight & Shipping

Using the manufacturer’s national distribution networks, we can arrange dispatch of your selected product to either your doorstep or to a holding transportation depot, available for your pick up or for your own on-forwarding arrangements. All products are dispatched directly from the various manufacturers to the available destination chosen on your order, to allow for a speedy process. (A) Absco Sheds & Other Products Home Delivery – In the metropolitan areas of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, & Perth, we offer a home delivery to your doorstep (during normal business hours – unless otherwise noted). (Metropolitan areas are defined as an address that lies within a 50 kilometer radius of the city’s GPO) A fee is charged for this service. This fee is shown in the product details screen of your selected item in the shopping cart. In Sydney & Melbourne, home deliveries are made by Mainfreight on the following days & times:- Tuesdays between 9am & 4pm and Saturdays between 8am & 12noon Should other times be required, the customer is at liberty to enter into their own personal arrangement with the carrier (Mainfreight), to have the goods delivered for additional charges. Please note in these instances, the freight cost of getting the goods to the metropolitan depots in Sydney & Melbourne for you to then make your own on-forwarding arrangements, is NIL (No Charge). If you are electing this option, please select Option B “Free Shipping To Depot” when ordering your product in the shopping cart. In Brisbane, Adelaide & Perth – home deliveries are made during normal business hours, Monday to Friday. The freight carrier will contact the customer prior to delivery. Please Note: In order for the manufacturers and their freight carrier agents to keep costs down, all home delivery costs for garden sheds & aviaries are now calculated and offered as ASSISTED DELIVERIES. That means that the customer must ensure an able bodied person is present to receive and assist the delivery driver with the unloading of their shed order. In addition, the property must be able to accommodate appropriate access for the freight carriers tailgate truck (in order to avoid the cost of attendance to the premises and not being able to complete the delivery). Failure to do so MAY incur additional delivery & handling fees. These additional fees may be levied by the manufacturer & their freight carrier agents, & charged to the customer by These costs start but are not limited to $90 plus GST. All deliveries are to the front of the property only. Shipping To Depot – In all other areas (outside a 50 kilometer radius of the GPO in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth) delivery can be made to the closest nominated regional freight depot to your location. This service is provided FREE OF CHARGE . (Absco products only) The item(s) will then be available for your pick up from the freight depot, or you can make your own arrangements with the freight company to get it to your doorstep. The freight carrier will contact the customer when the goods are at the nominated depot & available for pick-up. Please note: the selected national freight depots are NOT warehousing facilities. As such they will not hold or store a received order for more than a couple of days. Once the customers order is received & processed, the depot will notify the customer of its availability for pick up. Please have your arrangements in place so that you are in a position to act & pick up your order (after notification) promptly. The depots may levy Storage Fees if a customer has not picked up the order within this time frame. These Storage Fees (if levied) will be passed through & charged to the customer. (B) Other Manufacturers Products Door to door delivery service is offered in select areas. These are specifically noted in the chosen items product detail screen & shopping cart section of this web site. How long do I have to wait to receive the ordered goods? Orders are dispatched by the manufacturers, promptly during the normal course of business. However there may be instances where delays may occur. Allow a minimum of 21 working days for delivery for garden shed products, or 30 working days for garages, carports or patios. Note – the actual delivery date may vary according to location and final destination. Most deliveries may be completed in substantially less time. Extended dispatch & delivery times may occur during the annual Christmas holiday period closures by the manufactures & freight companies. Check with our customer service team on specific anticipated dispatch & delivery times.

How Do I Track Down My Shipment? When your order’s payment is processed by, (usually by the next working day) you will be emailed a Tax Invoice/Receipt. Where your nominated delivery destination is a freight depot, the physical address & contact details of the freight depot to which the product(s) is to be delivered, will also be noted (for your records and action). Please do not contact the destination depot chasing up your order within the 21 working day delivery allowance. The destination depot may not have a record of your product until they receive it from the manufacturer. You will be contacted directly by the destination depot upon your products arrival, for your action. Where home delivery has been organised, the freight carrier will contact you directly, upon the items arrival at their depot in the destination city. At this point, arrangements will be made with you to deliver the item to your doorstep, as all deliveries must be signed for. Receipt Of Goods

Upon receipt of the delivered goods, the customer must inspect the item(s), to ensure that what they have received is what they have ordered. This can be accomplished by checking the product description (model, size, colour) on the packaging (as noted by the manufacturer) as well as identifying the item count (as noted by the manufacturer) e.g. Pack of 1 of 2 and 2 of 2 (2 Packs Received). Any discrepancies must be advised within thirty (30) days so that corrective measures can be undertaken on the customers behalf with the relevant manufacturer/supplier. Do NOT open any packaging before the above checks have been made to satisfy yourself that the product(s) delivered is/are the product(s) you ordered.

Part Shortages Or Damaged Goods

Once satisfied that the product(s) received are the products(s) ordered, it is imperative that the packaged contents are inspected by the customer to satisfy that the component parts are in sound condition & are complete. The customer must notify of any fault, damage or shortages of the goods & their component parts. Notification must take place within thirty (30) days of receipt of the goods, so that we may comply with the manufacturer’s policies & so that they can initiate corrective measures where required. The shortage or nature of the damage should be reported in as much detail as possible & where applicable, note part numbers. As part of the manufacture’s quality assurance programs, they also request details, information & clear & identifiable photos from the packaging stickers, &/or component parts. They require the production “Time & Date” stamp information from the packaging. Please note this information for each of the boxes. EG: 1 Large Main Box Pack Time & Date Stamp = 2nd March 201x / 10:30am + 1 Long Channel Set Box Pack Time & Date Stamp = 26th February 201x / 3.05pm. We reserve the right to decline any replacement request, should the damage have occurred during the customers’ transit of the goods, the customers’ self-assembly of the product, or the customers’ misuse.

Order Cancellations / Alterations, Or Returns

If an submitted customer order has been processed and confirmed by & where the item(s) ordered has/have already been manufactured ready for dispatch, or is in the process of production or collation – by the manufacturer or distributor, the customer may be liable to a 25% restocking fee. This cost/impost is levied by the manufacturer (where the Trade Practices Act of Australia makes such allowance) & will be passed through to the customer. If a customers order has already been dispatched for delivery to the customer (by the manufacturer or distributor), additional return freight and handling charges, will also be charged by and passed through to the customer. Where a customer cancels or alters a processed and confirmed order, additional administrative service charges (up to $150.00) may be levied. The restocking fee, the product return freight costs, and any administrative service charge, will be deducted by from the order /transaction value. Any refund shall be passed less/nett of the restocking fee & where applicable, the product return freight costs and administrative service charges. It is the responsibility of the customer to retain possession & take reasonable care of the goods (with undamaged packaging), until the goods are returned to the the manufacturer or their freight carrier/agent. Upon return, the manufacturer will make a determination if the product is found to be sound, complete & as described for sale. If the manufacturer accepts the return, they will subsequently advise & issue a return credit (nett of the product return freight charges & restocking fees). upon receipt of this manufacturers net credit , will within 30 days, process a refund reimbursement to the customer nett of (i) the manufacturer’s product return freight costs & the 25% restocking fee charges and deductions, as well as (ii) where applicable our administrative service fee.

Cost Guarantee will not profit from any manufacturers freight return fees or restocking fees. The cost will always equate to the outlay will expend. Promotions And Offers:

Promotions And Offers may extend to our customers promotional offers made available by manufacturers, as they relate to their products. Where applicable, it is understood that these offers are made, administered, and issued by the manufacturers (or their promotional agents), not It is also understood that it is the customers sole responsibility to make application to the relevant manufacturer or their promotional agent, (per the instructions contained in the offer) to redeem or claim the offer.
